EVERGREEN, Colo. — Timothy Sandon of Sandon Rentals, Evergreen, Colo., acquired the assets of Evergreen Rentals, also based in Evergreen, and will continue to operate the company under the Evergreen name. Former Evergreen owner Scot Olson said he plans to pursue other personal interests outside of Colorado. “I'm happy to be handing over the reigns to someone with the vision and energy to take the business to the next level.”

“There is so much room for growth in the rental industry, both within this community and within the surrounding mountain areas,” added Sandon. “I have a strong business background, a lot of ideas and a great team of employees.”

Both rental centers are in the general rental business, catering to light contractors and homeowners.

Evans, Waite Business Solutions, a consulting and brokerage firm in the general tool, construction and party equipment industries, handled the sale. Former rental business owner and American Rental Association president Skip Evans, is CEO of EWBS.
