MOLINE, Ill. — Nortrax announced recently that it has consolidated operations with Nortrax II to form John Deere's largest construction and forestry division dealer organization, with 56 locations in 15 states and revenues of more than $600 million. The company is jointly owned by Deere & Co. and Credit Suisse First Boston Private Equity.

Based in Moline, Ill., Nortrax has eight regional sales branches — Sacramento, Calif.; Tampa, Fla.; Baton Rouge, La.; Westbrook, Maine; Concord, N.H.; Cincinnati; Nashville, Tenn.; and Eau Claire, Wis.

Nortrax is No. 60 on the RER 100; Baton Rouge-based Nortrax South, part of the consolidated organization, is No. 78.
