The Yazoo-Kees compact mini-max is an affordable zero-turn rider designed for commercial users who are looking for a mower with a narrower cutting width than larger frame models.

It has the same 11.2-gallon fuel capacity, dampened steering control, state-of-the-art hydraulic system and warranty as the large frame max2. The compact 72-inch overall length requires less trailer space than the larger units. The mini-max is available with a 17- or 19-hp Kawasaki engine and a 42- or 48-inch cutting width.

“The mini-max is powerful, yet very easy to operate,” says Mark Schueller, marketing manager. “Some features include a one-piece frame assembly, high performance hydraulic system, quick lift cutting height adjustment, baffle kit on all decks and anti-scalp rollers.”

Designed with operator comfort in mind, the mower has a high-back deep-cushioned adjustable seat with fold-up padded armrests. The dual-lever hydraulically dampened operator controls provide smooth control of forward, reverse, turning and braking for optimum zero-turning radius maneuverability. The low center of gravity and wide stance provide stability and the large pneumatic drive tires increase traction and flotation. Dual-steering control levers swing out for easy access to the operator platform. The one-piece frame assembly made of heavy 1.5- by 2-inch tubular steel allows sufficient operator visibility.
