Savannah, Ga.-based JCB launched e.Zone on its Web site, www.jcbna.com, which is a “comprehensive Internet source for used equipment purchases,” according to JCB president Helmut Peters.

Created in partnership with Ironmax, e.Zone provides contractors and dealers looking for used equipment access to the inventory of any JCB dealer in North America. JCB dealers who post equipment information to the site also have private access to comprehensive equipment specs, pricing and value information.

JCB will expand its e.Zone service later this year to include an online Request for Quote feature and a tool that allows the user to check the availability of equipment as well as the capability to rent the equipment from JCB dealers.
