T & J Manufacturing, Inc., Oshkosh, Wis., has broken ground on a new manufacturing and office complex behind its current location. The 110,000-square-foot facility is expected to be operational by the end of the year.

ATI Global Inc., Delhi, Iowa, is changing its corporate name to Attachment Technologies Inc., parent company of Bradco and The Major.

JCB, Straffordshire, England, is gearing up to start production at its new factory in Cheadle, England. Building work on the factory - to be known as JCB Earthmovers Ltd. - started earlier this year, and the process to equip the plant is now nearing completion. Also in production is JCB's first U.S. manufacturing facility in Pooler, Ga., which will begin production in January 2000.

Putzmeister Inc., Sturtevant, Wis., opened a new $5 million paint facility in June. According to vice president of marketing Mike Boylan, the expansion doubles the company's previous painting capacity.

Time Manufacturing Co. and Time Condor Corp., Waco, Texas, have begun moving into a third manufacturing facility in Waco.

Morbark Inc., Winn, Mich., has opened the latest in a series of full-service product-support facilities in Ashland, Va.
