VANCOUVER, Wash. — e*machinery.net Inc. signed a purchase agreement with Western Power & Equipment Corp. to acquire the business as well as certain assets and liabilities of Western Power & Equipment, its wholly owned subsidiary. Closing is subject to due diligence, certain approvals and payment. Vancouver, Wash.-based Western Power & Equipment is engaged in the sale, rental and servicing of light, medium-sized and heavy agricultural, industrial and construction equipment, parts and related products manufactured by Case Corp. and other manufacturers such as Terex Corp., Kawasaki, Daewoo International Corp., Kubota Corp. and Link Belt.

The company operates out of locations in Washington, Oregon, Nevada, California and Alaska. The purchase agreement is attached as an exhibit to e*machinery.net's filing of Form 8K with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Western Power & Equipment is No. 38 on the RER 100.

Arthur O'Shea III, e*machinery.net's president, said, “This acquisition will add more than $120 million of revenue to our total revenues. It also adds additional business locations at which we can buy and sell rebuilt construction, mining and pipeline machinery through our U.S. Machinery Corp. subsidiary.

“Our goal is to provide a niche specific, vertically integrated worldwide network that will be comprehensive, complete and far reaching,” added O'Shea.
