Cummins Engine Co. has expanded its QuickServe support program to deliver parts and service "whenever and wherever needed" to customers in the United States and Canada. The program will include expedited repair options that allow repairs to be made faster, and expanded warranty options and components selection.

"With this new mobile QuickServe program for our customers, we can promise a service response plan within 30 minutes of receiving a call, the prompt dispatch of a qualified technician within four hours, a diagnosis within one hour after arrival and most repairs made within 24 hours of the initial phone call," said Bob Weimer, vice president, customer support.

The Cummins distribution center in Memphis, Tenn., will accept emergency parts orders until midnight eastern time for next-day delivery to most locations, according to the company.
