Ramirent subsidiary Ramirent Baltic AS has received three ISO certifications – ISO 9001 for its quality management system; ISO 14001 for its environmental management system, and OHSAS 18001 for its health and safety management system. According to Bureau Veritas, which authorized the certifications, Ramirent is the first equipment rental company to receive these three certificates in the Baltics.
Ramirent considers the certifications a testament to its focus in implementing global standards and best practices to ensure synergies, efficiency and integrity in its day-to-day operations.
“Everyone at Ramirent Baltics is proud to have achieved the very significant ISO 9001 and 14001 as well as OHSAS 18001 certification for the company as the first rental company in the Baltics,” said Heiki Onton, senior vice president of Ramirent Baltics.
Based in Vantaa, near Helsinki, Finland, Ramirent has operations in 13 European countries.
