French aerial work platform manufacturer Haulotte boosted sales 20.4 percent in 2014, posting €412.6 million (about U.S. $467.1 million) in revenue compared to €342.7 million in 2013. For the fourth quarter Haulotte revenues jumped 13.6 percent from €85.6 million in 2013 to €97.2 million in the fourth quarter of 2014.

Haulotte reported strong growth in most areas: 33 percent up in Asia-Pacific; 29 percent in Europe and 28 percent in North America. Results were only down in Latin America, where revenues dropped 25 percent.

Service activity increased revenues 13 percent in 2014, confirming high utilization rates for Haulotte machines in the fleets of its rental customers.

Despite macro-economic, financial and geopolitical uncertainties in many markets, Haulotte expects sales growth of close to 5 percent in 2015 because of the expected need for fleet renewal among rental companies, especially in Europe.

Haulotte is based in L’Horme, France, with U.S. headquarters in Archbold, Ohio.
