U.K. rental company Vp plc reported July 23 that its new financial year has started well and in line with management expectations. Since that time, the business has continued to experience strong demand according to an interim management statement, especially from the infrastructure, utility and homebuilding sectors, which is helping to deliver solid year-over-year revenue growth.
The Vp Group remains well positioned to invest further into the business in support of new opportunities, the company said. Vp also provides services to civil engineering, rail, oil and gas exploration, construction, outdoor events and industrial markets, within the U.K. and overseas. Vp has six businesses: Airpac Bukom Oilfield Services, Groundforce, Hire Station, Torrent Trackside, TPA and UK Forks.
