Manlift, a division of The Netherlands-based aerial rental company Riwal, has become an International Powered Access Federation-certified training company from its Dubai, United Arab Emirates, headquarters. Manlift will offer the aerial training at its teaching facility or onsite if the customer has appropriate facilities.

Manlift has one of the largest aerial work platform fleets in the Middle East consisting of diesel and electric boomlifts, articulated platforms, scissorlifts and spider lifts.

As a certified IPAF training facility, Manlift will work closely with clients to introduce IPAF’s training practices and improve the standards of user operation across the Persian Gulf region.

“Being an IPAF-certified training center enables Manlift to train to European standards, which, in turn, enables the operator to operate machines safely, thus reducing accidents and preventing damage to equipment,” said Clive Illingworth, Manlift Group technical and training manager.
