Volvo Rents signed a franchise agreement with Rocky Rentals, owner of a Volvo Rents franchise in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta, for a second Rocky Rentals rental center in the province.
Owned by Douglas Baumann and Clayton Ness, Rocky Rentals will open its new facility in Edson, Alberta. The rental center is the sixth Volvo Rents rental franchise under contract in Alberta, and the seventh in Canada. Rocky Rentals opened its first Volvo Rents franchise in October 2004.
Volvo Rents has more than 60 rental centers and is No. 16 on the RER 100.
