Lavendon’s Volume Up 49% Through 11 Months

International United Kingdom-based aerial rental specialist Lavendon last week said in a trading statement that it has grown its volume 49 percent compared to last year for the 11 months through the end of November. It said its U.K. volume rose 31 percent year over year.

Business for the company increased 123 percent in Germany and 71 percent in the Middle East, but declined by 7 percent in France.

In November, Lavendon announced it was acquiring DK Rental Spain, France and Belgium for £61.4 million.

In Lavendon’s half-year results, through the end of June, the company earned £8.3 million profit on volume of £83.3 million.
