Exhibit space for The Rental Show 2005 in Las Vegas is sold out. The American Rental Association (ARA) annually sponsors the show, which is the largest rental trade show in the world.

"To have a waiting list for exhibit space for The Rental Show is an example of a strong rental-industry economy," said Allison Box, ARA vice president of Association Services. "ARA is optimistic The Rental Show will be just the beginning of a very positive year for the industry."

More than 600 companies representing more than 300 product categories will exhibit at the show, which will be at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center Feb. 14-17.

Though the array of products at The Rental Show is diverse -- ranging from backhoes to table linens and pumps to chippers/shredders -- all exhibitors share one common trait: selling their products on the show floor.

"The Rental Show has always been the true buying show, and that's a definite appeal to exhibiting companies. Millions of dollars in orders are written on the show floor every year," said Carla Johnson, ARA director of Associate Member Services. "For attendees, it's the best opportunity to make product purchases and research new products -- no matter what type of inventory they're seeking. To exhibitors, it's a concentrated chance to appeal to thousands of rental decision-makers."

More than 80 new exhibiting companies have signed on for Las Vegas. An online search of those companies is available at www.TheRentalShow.com.

Companies interested in being added to the waiting list for exhibit space at The Rental Show or in reserving space for the 2006 show in Orlando should contact Alice Conwell, coordinator of associate member services, at 800/334- 2177, ext. 233 or [email protected].
