Atlas Copco International last week announced the acquisition of Creemers Compressors, based in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. Creemers, which has annual volume of about $7 million, is active in the compressed air business, focusing on the growing automotive aftermarket and wholesale markets in The Netherlands.

“Through this acquisition, we will be able to serve better the smaller to medium-sized automotive aftermarket companies, and offer this growing market segment a broad range of industrial compressed air equipment,” said Bengt Kvamback, Compressor Technique Business Area president.

Creemers will continue to operate under the Creemers brand name, but will become part of Atlas Copco Compressor Technique’s Industrial Air Division. Atlas Copco International is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
