Enlisted Auctions is conducting a two-day complete retirement liquidation auction of Rockingham Rent All, Oct. 26 and 27, the company said. The owner Wayne “Chip” Rothery is retiring and is selling his rental equipment on a highest-bid basis.

The auction will be divided into two days said auctioneer Ben Yoder. The first day will focus on party items — tents, tent accessories, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware and more. The second day will feature vehicles, trailers, heavy construction equipment, tools and scaffolding. Vehicles include box trucks, box vans, cargo vans, dump trucks, enclosed trailers, tow dollies, open car haulers, horse trailers, open equipment trailers and drop-gate open trailers.

Equipment to be auctioned includes backhoes, skid-steer loaders, trenchers, excavators, air compressors, buckets, mixers, boomlifts, generators, power washers, chippers, mowers, lawn vacuums, splitters, posthole diggers, sprayers, blowers, welders, pumps and hundreds of power tools.

“We’ve got a complete operating 10,000-pound LP gas filling station with lots of 20-pound and 100-pound tanks up for bid,” Yoder said. “That could be a turn-key business in itself for the right buyer.”

Online bidding will be available. For more details, visit www.enlistedauctions.com or call (540) 337-3446. Enlisted Auctions is based in Stuarts Draft, Va.

Rockingham Rent-All is based in Harrisonburg, Va.
