ThyssenKrupp Safway, an industry leader in scaffold products and services, was awarded the first Platinum Customer Award from the Haulotte Group/BilJax.
“Safway has been a key customer for BilJax in the industrial scaffold market for more than 13 years,” said Jeff Ott, U.S. zone manager for Haulotte Group/BilJax. “It is terrific and fitting that they would be awarded as our first platinum customer.”
The Platinum Customer Award is part of a new program to recognize and better serve elite customers.
“There are currently four levels being developed, and each will come with certain perks and privileges,” Ott said. “The goal is to make certain that our key customers are getting the level of service and support needed while also being highly responsive to their strategic goals as applicable.”
Thyssenkrupp Safway is based in Waukesha, Wis., and is one of the world’s largest scaffolding services companies. A major rental player, Thyssenkrupp Safway is No. 15 on the RER 100.
