Compact equipment manufacturer Takeuchi awarded inside sales manager David Pearson with a plaque honoring him for 30 years with the company.

Pearson joined Takeuchi on a part-time basis while still in high school. In 1985 he became a full-time employee working with machine inventory and parts shipping, evolving from machine distribution to his current position as inside sales manager.

Takeuchi U.S. president Clay Eubanks, who also celebrated 30 years with Takeuchi this past fall, presented Pearson with the official 30 Years of Service Award.

“David and I started at Takeuchi when we were both still in high school so we go way back,” Eubanks said. “He is very dedicated to Takeuchi and has been instrumental in growing the brand throughout the U.S. We very much appreciate the dedication and hard work that David has put in over the last three decades.”

“It is a joy to come to work and have such great working relationships with staff members and our customers,” Pearson said. “Every day is different, but enjoyable. The relationships are very important to the success within and outside the company. I am grateful for the opportunity that Takeuchi has provided for me to grow and allow me to help not only our company but our customers to be successful.”
