Stephenson Equipment has expanded its territory for Manitowoc’s National Crane products to include western Pennsylvania. The National Crane line offers truck-mounted hydraulic cranes with long reach for precise work in tight spaces. The National Crane boom trucks feature lift capacities ranging from eight to 40 tons.

“Extending our footprint from Philadelphia to Ohio will help us to better serve the natural gas, construction and power industries,” said Dennis Heller, president and CEO of Stephenson Equipment. “Carrying the full range of Manitowoc products at all Pennsylvania locations will allow us to expand our presence with factory-trained technicians, a larger parts inventory statewide and a wider area for onsite service.”

National Crane has 11 models of stand-up control cranes with maximum reach ranging from 56 feet to 167 feet. National Crane also offers seven models of swing-seat cranes with maximum vertical reach ranging from 161 to 183 feet.

Stephenson Equipment has been selling, servicing and renting cranes, pavers and construction equipment since 1957. Based in Harrisburg, Pa., Stephenson has branches in Lancaster, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Wilkes-Barre, Pa., and Albany and Syracuse, N.Y. In addition to Manitowoc cranes, Stephenson represents Bomag, LeeBoy, Rosco, JCB and LiuGong.
