Hertz Opens Four New U.S. Pump & Power Division Branches

A day after announcing its acquisition of WGI Rentals in Williston, N.D., Hertz Equipment Rental Corp. said it has added four new locations to the Pump & Power specialty division. The locations are in the Memphis, Tenn.; Syracuse, N.Y.; Detroit and San Diego markets.

A day after announcing its acquisition of WGI Rentals in Williston, N.D., Hertz Equipment Rental Corp. said it has added four new locations to the Pump & Power specialty division. The locations are in the Memphis, Tenn.; Syracuse, N.Y.; Detroit and San Diego markets.

Hertz Pump & Power has dedicated locations covering North America, as well as Europe and Asia. Product offerings include customized pumps, compressors, generators, cable and distribution products, and HVAC products and services. HP&P carries submersible, trash, well point, sludge master, and diaphragm pumps ranging from 2 inches to 30 inches, along with accessories; temporary power equipment ranging from 20-kw towable generators to 2-megawatt containerized generators; and HVAC equipment including indirect fired and electric heat available from 100 k to 2 million BTU, and temporary air conditioning from 1-ton spot coolers to 500-ton chillers.
