Park Ridge, N.J.-based Hertz Equipment Rental Corp. celebrated the grand opening of its St. Peters, Mo., general rental facility last month. The event drew nearly 300 people and showcased the facility’s showroom and product line, which includes small tools, equipment and contractors’ supplies.
The grand opening of HERC St. Peters is part of the company’s general rental program expansion, which HERC began in 2003 in support of its commitment to increase services and products for small, medium and large contractors as well as homeowners. The company added 23 general rental locations in 2007 as part of its planned expansion in that line of equipment rental and currently has more than 100 general rental locations throughout the United States and Canada.
HERC’s St. Peters general rental location offers a broad range of products, including roto-tillers, floor sanders, trenchers, paint sprayers, ladders, pumps and scaffolding. In addition, HERC St. Peters offers a wide assortment of construction and industrial equipment from manufacturers such as Case, Genie, Ingersoll-Rand, JLG, John Deere, Wacker and Stihl. St. Peters is also a Bobcat dealer with specialized service and parts personnel.
HERC is No. 3 on the RER 100.
