Doosan Portable Power has named Gino Morin district manager for Mexico, Caribbean and northeast South America. Morin will be responsible for the business relationship with Doosan Portable Power dealers in Mexico, Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname and the Caribbean islands.
Morin joined Doosan Infracore Remarketing Servicse in 2008 with responsibility for sales of used Doosan Portable Power equipment primarily for export. In 2012 he took on additional aftermarket territory manager responsibilities for Florida. Before joining Doosan, Morin worked for MD Moody & Sons and United Rentals in various management roles.
“Gino’s experience and knowledge in rental and used equipment will be invaluable in continuing to provide our dealers with the right support and sharing of ideas for expanding into new business,” said Oscar Fernandez, director, Latin America, Doosan Portable Power.
Morin will continue to be based in Miami. He also will be responsible for business relationships with Bobcat in the Caribbean.
