Cashman said the company might add solar panels to the roofs. The buildings are designed to take advantage of natural lighting and will use a geothermal heating and cooling system. The facility will conserve water through efficient irrigation, retention ponds and low-flow plumbing fixtures.

Cashman Equipment is No. 29 on the RER 100.
