Bobcat Co. expanded its dealer network with the addition of Morris Equipment as a new authorized sales, service and rental provider in Mitchell, S.D.
Morris Equipment opened its first dealership in Pierre, S.D., in 2002 to serve the rental equipment needs of general contractors and homeowners, as well as those invested in the surrounding area’s agricultural sector. Since then, the family-owned operation has grown to include three Bobcat dealership locations across Central South Dakota — with branches in Pierre, Mobridge and most recently, Mitchell.
“At Morris Equipment, we are committed to providing a positive customer experience,” said Dorene Foster, marketing director at Morris Equipment. “Regardless of the task at hand, we will help customers select the Bobcat products necessary to complete their jobs in a timelier fashion.”
Morris Equipment is hosting an open house at its Mitchell location on Thursday, Nov. 14, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will feature lunch, equipment demonstrations and door prizes, as well as a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 1 p.m.
