B/E Aerospace, a leading manufacturer of aircraft cabin interior products and aerospace fasteners, consumables and logistics services has agreed to acquire LT Energy Services, a Houston-based provider of rental equipment, and Wildcat Wireline, a provider of wireline services primarily in the Eagle Ford basin and Marcellus/Utica basin. The acquisition price is expected to be about $265 million, pending regulatory approval. The two businesses had 12-month trailing revenues of about $125 million.

“The acquisitions of LT, headquartered in Houston, Texas, and Wildcat, headquartered in Marshall, Texas, continues our initiative to expand our consumables management segment into the oilfield equipment rental, logistics and services business,” said Amin Khoury, founder, chairman and CEO of B/E Aerospace. “The acquisition of LT establishes a new geographical base of operations in the Southwestern United States, very similar to that of our Blue Dot subsidiary in the Marcellus/Utica basin.”

LT Energy Services rents light towers, pumps, forklifts, generators, pressure washers, aerial work platforms and more.
