Basin Power Solutions, a diversified holding company focused on the global energy and industrial manufacturing markets, has acquired LarMar Rents, a supplier of power generation rental equipment to the oil-and-gas industry. LarMar Rents has locations in Odessa, Texas, and Oklahoma City.
LarMar sells and rents diesel and natural gas generator sets and engines, radiators, transmissions, natural gas compressors and more. John Larson and Mark Northcutt were the owners and founders of LarMar.
Basin Power Solutions is a leading independent genset rental operator led by a team of experienced industry executives. The company is based in Moore, Okla., and provides power generation rental services to North American customers.
