All Erection & Crane Rental Corp. has moved its corporate headquarters to a new building in Independence, a Cleveland suburb, a few miles from its old headquarters. The company’s equipment yard and its engine, hydraulic, paint, welding and fabrication shops, plus maintenance and service departments, will remain at the previous site.
The move will provide room to expand the office space for the growing company, while keeping them within three miles of their equipment yard.
“The proximity to our former and current locations is key,” said Michael Liptak, All Erection & Crane Rental president. “And it’s a beautiful building ready for us to work right into.”
All Erection, No. 14 on the RER 100, has 30 locations in 13 states and Ontario, Canada.
