Equipro recently opened its latest franchise service location, in San Antonio.
Equipro, a subsidiary of Wacker Corp., focuses on providing owners of light construction equipment with prompt, high-quality repair service, fast turnaround times and professional onsite support through a nationwide service alliance of original equipment manufacturing partners.

The new Equipro branch is owned by Rick Boucher, who also owns one in Dallas.

“Based on the success of my original location in Dallas-Ft. Worth, I’m ready to serve the Austin/San Antonio market, which is exploding in the construction industry,” Boucher said. “A contractor wants a strong service network, readily available parts, a person to talk with when he has a maintenance question, and on-the-job help in overcoming technical problems.”

Certified technicians are trained by Equipro’s manufacturing partners, which include ICS, Mi-T-M, MK Diamond, Sullair, Lincoln Electric and Wacker. It also provides support for engines, providing authorized service, repair and warranty support for Briggs & Stratton, Honda, Wacker, Kohler and Robin Subaru-powered equipment.

Equipro now has 12 locations in nine states.
