Portable Power, a business unit of Ingersoll-Rand, introduces a new 290 cfm compressor with innovations such as a dual pressure regulator that offers contractors two pressure settings for a variety of applications. Parts from the VHP290 can be used on other Ingersoll-Rand compressor models and will also have the same configuration so they can be exchanged anywhere in the world. Additional features include glow plugs, low fuel alarms, low-fuel shut down, water/fuel separator, inline fuel filters and a fuel tank that boasts a run capacity of at least nine hours.
