Kaeser Compressors

Kaeser’s line of ergonomic paving breakers is available in 50-, 60- and 90-pound models. The KPB tools are designed to reduce fatigue and increase productivity without compromising performance or price. Integral noise mufflers reduce noise pollution and the risk of hearing loss. A variety of tool steels such as chisels, points, asphalt cutters and ground rod drivers are available. Valves, pistons and other moving parts in Kaeser MobilairTools are made from shock resistant tool steel and are heat treated to a specified Rockwell hardness for toughness and durability. Kaeser’s complete MobilairTools line includes rock drills, rivet busters, trench diggers, chipping hammers and backfill tampers.

Michigan Pneumatic Tool

The new NRD-19RWK1 is a heavy-duty reversible drill for lightweight operation in big wood-boring jobs that require power and durability. The drill features a powerful air motor and can be used for underwater jobs where electric or gas-powered drills won’t operate. Features of the NRD-19RWK1 include thrust bearing support for long life and efficient operation, a lever throttle and durable spur gearing. A breast plate and dead handle are standard equipment.

Guardair

Guardair’s Force 5 series of air guns is designed for heavy-duty industrial and construction applications. In addition to generating 25 pounds of force, the tools meet or exceed OSHA standards. Ergonomic and safety features have been built into the Force 5 gun such as a dead-man trigger that reduces pressure and assures safe operation in case of a hose failure. A lightweight, heavy-duty aluminum extension provides longer and easier reach, and an ergonomically designed handle protects the trigger from wear and abuse. An adjustable auxiliary handle offers two-handed operation for additional support and control.

Ingersoll-Rand

Ingersoll-Rand’s PROMAXX MX60 and MX90 feature a Powr-Strok piston cycle that efficiently transfers blow energy directly to the tool. Non-metallic materials eliminate rust and ensure consistent performance. Ergonomically designed handles, grips, throttle lever, and breaker housing help ensure maximum operator comfort. Operators can also choose exhaust air direction using the 360-degree rotation of the variable exhaust deflector. A patented anvil bushing eliminates the need for an anvil block while delivering smooth operation, control and breaking power. The one-piece breaker housing eliminates the need for side rods and springs, while a drop-in valve cartridge simplifies maintenance and reduces overall maintenance costs. The breaker’s spring-loaded anvil bushing keeps the tool firmly positioned on the work surface.

Kent Redline Tools

Kent’s full line of hand-held air tools is built with quality in mind. Breakers feature complete drop forged construction, four bolt handles for rigid connection to the cylinder, a full control throttle, and efficient valve chest for low maintenance and replaceable front head bushings. The Teflon-Graphite packing used in Kent’s tampers provides cooler operation, needs no adjusting, remains flexible, seals out dirt and lasts longer than conventional seals. Kent’s rock drills feature swivel air inlets, four pawl construction for positive rotation, safety latch retainer and an automatic oiler for chuck parts.

DeWalt

DeWalt now offers a heavy-duty, ¾-inch to 1¾-inch coil roofing nailer, the D51321, designed to meet contractors’ demands for durability, speed and easy to use features that minimize downtime and maximize jobsite productivity. The nailer’s 4.9-pound magnesium frame and cap are designed to withstand the professional jobsite. Steel wear guards provide added protection against abrasive work surfaces, while anti-skid pads minimize slipping in steep slope environments. Its four-bolt nose design and contact trip foot with carbide inserts provide longer life in harsh roofing conditions. A unique door sequence allows users to quickly reload nails. Unlike other coil nailers, the nose door closes before the canister door to lock the coil in place, preventing the nails from popping out of the chamber when loading.

Ditch Witch

Ditch Witch pneumatic piercing tools are designed to have the power, flexibility and reliability to help complete short- to medium-range compaction boring projects. The piercing tool’s quick reverse mechanism is designed to let the user instantly change direction with the flip of a lever, without having to stop the tool when a change of direction is desired. Bolt-on expanders give the piercing tool the flexibility to punch larger holes, without the cost of purchasing a new tool. The bolt-on expanders provide more versatility by allowing the piercing tools to be used with different sized pipes. The tools have boring capabilities from 2 to 4 inches. A variety of replaceable tool heads are designed for varying soil conditions and to reduce tool body wear.

CS Unitec

CS Unitec’s SDS-Max air rotary hammer drill with a 2-inch bit capacity is designed for drilling concrete and masonry in industries such as gas utilities, oil, petrochemical, power generation, construction and more. Powered by compressed air, this pneumatic hammer drill is safer than electric drills in hazardous and wet environments where electricity requires special precautions. The tool has three modes of operation: hammer with rotation, hammer only and rotation only. The SDS-Max rotary hammer is equipped with a safety clutch that protects against overloading and jamming. Weighing 26 pounds, the tool operates at 1.6 hp at 90 psi and is capable of up to 250 rpm and up to 2,500 blows per minute.
