Skyjack Inc., a world leader in the Aerial Equipment Industry, is recruiting an Aftermarket Sales Manager for the Eastern United States.

• Exceed annual aftermarket parts revenue growth objectives, while maintaining gross margin, through aggressive business strategy combining in-person dealer meetings, telemarketing strategies and e-commerce marketing initiatives
• Establish and develop long term relationships with key personnel of both National Account and large Regional Customers, assuring the sales channel is uninhibited throughout each organization
• In coordination with the International Parts Manager & North American Sales Managers, implement annual aftermarkets parts pricing strategies focused on revenue growth and profitability with each of our customers within North America
• Identify new market channel opportunities, through use of telematics or other leading technologies, focused on enhancing aftermarket support and ultimately, customers ROI.
• Participate in the development of annual Business Plan Proposals with large Regional and National Account Customers
• Develop excellent product and application knowledge of Skyjack and competitive equipment
• Effectively communicates and works cross-functionally with Field Sales, Service and Product Support teams
• Submits weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast projections, assuring we are completely prepared to effectively support customers demand and execute business growth objectives
• Continually monitors market trends as it relates to current and new products, as well as new market opportunities within North America
• Manage and submit weekly T & E Expenses within budget and guidelines established by International Parts Manager.
• Responsibly maintain company –owned assets which include vehicles, trailers, equipment and computers
• Extensive travel (up 50%) limited to the Southeast Region, meeting with current and potential customers
• Perform other tasks/duties as assigned

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field. Consideration will be given to candidates with equivalent aftermarket parts and sales work experience
• Experience in personnel management with proven leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
• Strong business acumen
• Exceptional organization, time management and analytical skills
• Sense of urgency with a strong Customer focus.
• Proficient with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and internal applications.
• Ability to work in a team environment and problem solve effectively.
