Oshkosh Truck Announces Shareholders' Meeting Webcast

Oshkosh, Wis.-based Oshkosh Truck Corp. will hold its 2007 annual shareholders' meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 6, at 10 a.m. central time. The meeting will be held at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center in Appleton, Wis.

The meeting, highlighted by remarks from Robert Bohn, Oshkosh's chairman, president and CEO, will be available simultaneously via webcast.
