The Toro Company last week announced it will release its fiscal 2008 fourth quarter and full-year financial results on Tuesday, Dec. 9, at approximately 7:30 a.m. Central Time. The company will also hold its investor conference call on that day.

The company also announced last week that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 15 cents per share. The dividend is payable on Jan. 12, 2009 to shareholders of record on Dec. 18.
As of Dec. 2, the company has 36,322,566 common shares outstanding.
