The Manitowoc Co. last week announced it will release its third-quarter 2007 financial results on Wednesday, Oct. 31, after the market closes. The third-quarter results will also be discussed by Manitowoc's management team during a live conference call for security analysts and institutional investors at 10 a.m., Eastern Time, on Thursday, Nov. 1.

The conference call will also be available simultaneously, in a listen-only format, via webcast. To access the webcast, investors should go to www.manitowoc.com at least 15 minutes prior to the event.

The Manitowoc Co., based in Manitowoc, Wis., is an international provider of lifting equipment for the global construction industry, including lattice-boom cranes, tower cranes, mobile telescopic cranes and boom trucks.
