Gorman-Rupp Declares Cash Dividend
The board of directors of The Gorman-Rupp Co., Mansfield, Ohio, declared a quarterly cash dividend of 12 cents per share on the common stock of the company, payable March 9, 2007, to shareholders of record February 15, 2007. This marks the 228th consecutive dividend paid by the company.
The board also announced its annual meeting of shareholders, which is scheduled for Thursday, April 26.
The Gorman-Rupp Co. designs, manufactures and sells pumps and related equipment for use in water, wastewater, construction, industrial, petroleum, original equipment, agriculture, fire protection, heating ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC), military and other liquid-handling applications.
