Finning International last week said it completed a previously announced two-for-one share split of its issued and outstanding common shares.
Finning is one of the world’s largest Caterpillar dealers, and sells and rents equipment and provides support services in Western Canada, the United Kingdom, Argentina, Bolivia, Chile and Uruguay. It also owns Hewden, one of the largest equipment rental companies in the U.K.
Based in Vancouver, Finning is No. 13 on the RER 100.
