Courtney is responsible for sales growth within the construction & mining equipment, agricultural equipment, material handling and over-the-road truck industries. He has more than 20 years of management and sales leadership experience serving construction, industrial and mining equipment.

Courtney spent more than 17 years at Ingersoll-Rand Co. leading various sales, product management and retail customer support operations. Additionally, he led Terex Utilities retail locations in the Western United States for two years.
