Thompson Pump VP Celebrates 25 Years of Service
Dale Conway recently celebrated his 25th anniversary with Thompson Pump. Conway is vice president of engineering for the Port Orange, Fla.-based company.
Dale Conway, vice president of engineering for Port Orange, Fla.-based Thompson Pump & Manufacturing Co., recently celebrated his 25th year of employment with the company.
Conway has held many positions in the manufacturing and engineering sectors of Thompson Pump since 1984. He currently oversees all engineering departments and technical aspects of the pump business such as manufacturing engineering, quality assurance, and research & development.
Conway is a trained ISO 9001 internal auditor and successfully implemented an ISO9001-compliant quality management system at Thompson Pump. He has attended and taught many pump-related seminars throughout the country and has authored several technical papers.
“I congratulate Dale on his 25th anniversary at Thompson Pump,” said Bill Thompson, president. “His consistent dedication to providing and improving quality products is what makes Thompson Pump the industry leader.”
Thompson Pump sells and rents its entire line of 2- to 18-inch pumps to the public works, municipalities, construction, agriculture, dewatering, mining, sewer/lift stations and water/waste water markets.
