Stone Construction Equipment received a patent from the Canadian Patent Authority for its ProPitch blade adjustment mechanism for its 36-, 46- and 48-inch Smooth Operator power trowels. The heavy-duty ProPitch option is designed to provide infinite, yet quick and easy, blade settings. The operator can smoothly and quickly adjust the pitch by moving the mechanism along the guide arc. Once released the mechanism locks in place anywhere along the arc for infinite pitch settings to finish any stage of concrete — wet or set.
The patented ProPitch handle is interchangeable with a standard handle that has a fine-tuned, and infinitely variable blade adjustment.
