Jasper, Ind.-based Stens recently expanded its executive leadership team to support current staffing needs and future growth opportunities.
Dan Heeren was named vice president of sales and marketing. Heeren has more than 20 years experience in the hardware and retail markets. In his new role with Stens, he will be responsible for providing strategic direction to the Stens leadership team to grow the Stens brand and product sales.
Kevin Mair was appointed vice president of operations and supply chain management. Mair previously worked in the construction and home improvement industry and has a history of improving efficiencies and productivity as well as driving lean initiatives.
In addition, Paul Hedinger was named senior product manager. Hedinger has more than 18 years of engineering experience. In his new role, Hedinger will work with vendors and Stens staff to set the direction and priorities of the product team.
Stens supplies replacement parts and accessories to more than 50,000 customers through its U.S. and international distribution network. Stens is a subsidiary of Ariens Co., a manufacturer of lawn and garden equipment.
