ReachMaster Doubles Its Warranty Period

ReachMaster, the manufacturer of the Basic/Denka and Falcon product lines, last week said it was doubling its warranty period from one to two years.

ReachMaster Inc. last week announced it has doubled the standard warranty period of its Basic/Denka and Falcon product lines from one to two years. ReachMaster’s new program includes bumper-to-bumper coverage to demonstrate the reliability of the company’s products to its customers, the company said.

“Having sold the Basic/Denka and Falcon product lines in the U.S. for more than a decade has allowed us to fine tune areas of common warranty issue and reevaluate key components,” said Ebbe Christensen, ReachMaster president. “We’ve always been innovators of the compact lift market, and now we’re leading the way in customer service.”

Both the Basic/Denka and Falcon product lines are designed for a wide variety of facility maintenance tasks. Basic/Denka lifts are available from 72- to 92-foot working heights, and Falcon units feature an exclusive double-jib system to reach working heights of 85 to 172 feet, depending on the model.

ReachMaster, a subsidiary of WorldLift Industries A/S, is based in Kingwood, Texas.
