Carol Stream, Ill.-basedNew Holland Construction and Kobelco Construction Machinery America named Terry Sheehan vice president, North America. He is responsible for leading sales and marketing operations for the brands.

Sheehan joins the company from Komatsu, where he was president of the Komatsu Equipment Co. dealership in Salt Lake City, serving Utah, Nevada and Wyoming. Previously, he worked at Komatsu America in Vernon Hills, Ill., GE Capital and Harnischfeger (now P&H Mining Equipment).

During a career that has spanned more than 30years, Sheehan has done business in more than 80 countries and has worked with several companies in the construction industry, with assignments in the United States, Europe and Mexico.

New Holland manufactures and markets a full line of skid-steer loaders, compact track loaders, loader backhoes, tractor loaders, excavators, compact and full-size wheel loaders, crawler dozers and motor graders.

Kobelco offers a full line of compact, mid-size and full-size excavators ranging from 1.7 to 48 metric tons.
