New Holland Construction earlier this month received the Top 10 AE50 award from the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers (ASABE) for the On-the-Go Two-Speed Shift feature that gives operators of the Super Boom L185 skid-steer loader the ability to shift from high to low range at the touch of a fingertip.

The annual AE50 awards honor companies offering the best products engineered for agricultural, food, biological and related systems. A panel of experts chose up to 50 winners, ranking them based on commercial impact, contributions to agriculture and engineering and advancements in engineering and technological significance.
