Manitowoc Elects Tellock Chairman
The board of directors of The Manitowoc Co. has elected current president and CEO Glen Tellock chairman. Tellock, 47, will continue to serve as president and CEO.
Tellock succeeds Terry Growcock who retired Dec. 31. Growcock was the company’s CEO from 1998 to 2007.
Tellock joined Manitowoc-based Manitowoc Co. in 1991 as director of accounting. He was named senior vice president and chief financial officer in 1999 and served in dual roles as senior vice president of Manitowoc Co. and president of Manitowoc Crane Group from 2002 until becoming president and CEO in 2007.
Tellock was elected to Manitowoc’s board in 2007.
Manitowoc is based in Manitowoc, Wis., and has more than 100 manufacturing and service facilities in 27 countries.
