Manitex Completes Acquisition of Italian Manufacturer
CVS Ferrari srl, a subsidiary of Manitex International, a manufacturer of boom truck cranes, rough terrain forklifts, container handling equipment and mission-oriented vehicles, has completed the acquisition of CVS SpA, an Italian manufacturer of reach stackers and associated lifting equipment.
Manitex International is based in Bridgeview, Ill.
