Kioti Tractor hosted its annual dealer meeting in Raleigh, N.C., Feb. 22-24. The company’s management worked to establish a program to provide dealers with sales training and product information to help them navigate through the tough economic period many are facing.

Thanks to its focus on sales training, the company said it achieved record attendance at a time when many companies have scaled back or eliminated travel budgets.

"We are extremely pleased with the attendance at this year's meeting," said C.G. Kim., president of Kioti Tractor. "The time and financial commitment our dealers have made to attend, reinforces their dedication to our company and our product line."

At the end of the meeting, Kioti bused all attendees to its nearby corporate headquarters in Wendell, N.C., where they received a building tour and had the opportunity to meet many of the Kioti personnel they work with for sales, parts, service and general customer support.

Kioti also held its annual awards dinner to recognize its 2008 5-Paw dealers.

Kioti Tractor manufactures more than 20 tractor models in the 22- to 90-hp range for homeowners, farmers, landscapers and a variety of other contractors.
