Joint Sales Force to Represent Chicago Pneumatic, Dynapac

Atlas Copco Construction Equipment last week announced that a team of 49 sales representatives will sell both its Chicago Pneumatic construction and Dynapac compaction product lines to the rental market.

“By representing both Chicago Pneumatic construction equipment and the Dynapac compaction line, our sales team is able to offer a wide range of products to our rental customers,” said Peter Altenberger, vice president of business development for ACCCE.

Chicago Pneumatic’s line includes power tools, pneumatic and hydraulic handheld construction equipment, hydraulic breakers, portable and stationary compressors, and generators. The Dynapac line includes light and heavy compaction equipment from plate compactors to ride-on rollers.

“Pulling both brands into one sales organization just made sense,” said John Vogel, vice president of sales for the Chicago Pneumatic-Dynapac team. “Now we not only offer the strength of two well-respected product lines, but also a better product support network and better buying and financing programs for our dealers and end users.”

Atlas Copco Construction Equipment is based in Commerce City, Colo.
