Jescraft, a Bogota, N.J.-based manufacturer of material handling equipment and supplies, last week named Mike Brown president of the company.

Brown brings nearly 20 years of manufacturing industry experience to the position, including leadership roles in product design, research and development, and sales. Most recently he served as vice president of operations for AMC Inc., a manufacturer of specialty fasteners and systems. Previously he was director of engineering/research and development at Peerless Industries.

Founded in 1946, Jescraft is a designer, manufacturer and distributor of material handling equipment and accessories serving the concrete, drywall, roofing and other construction-related markets.
