The Husqvarna Group last week announced that Hans Linnarson, acting CEO and president, has been officially appointed the new CEO and president of the company.

“We are very pleased with Hans' work as acting CEO and president for Husqvarna and the board of directors has full confidence in his abilities to lead the Husqvarna Group,” said Lars Westerberg, chairman of the board. "After a thorough search process initiated during the summer, Husqvarna's board concluded that Hans Linnarson would be the best CEO and president to manage the company in the current environment."

The Husqvarna Group is the world’s largest producer of outdoor power products including chainsaws, trimmers, lawn mowers and garden tractors.
