Hilti recently introduced its Tool Fleet Management Program to cover every aspect of tool management. The full-service program includes a comprehensive review of a customer’s current tool fleet and recommendations based on tool usage intensity and tool age.
The program doesn’t require an up-front cash outlay for fleet upgrades, as the company provides one payment and invoice per month, helping to reduce administrative costs. The program includes tool purchases, repairs and replacement. Tools that fail can be sent in for repairs immediately.
Hilti also added theft coverage, which can include coverage of a customer’s entire tool fleet.
